We buy from an owner who wants to sell to us. We agree a price and complete. We do not pass the house straight to another buyer on the same day.
When we are ready, a buyer deals with us. We show the rooms and put the price in writing before anyone is asked to decide.
Between the two sales we may repair, or we may wait until the papers are straight. We tell a buyer what has been done, and what is still open.
Sellers send the address. Buyers ask which house we can show. Pictures of the inside are examples, not a promise of stock.
